Warranty Policy

General Warranty Terms:

• All electrical products sold through the Khat Alriyada store are covered by a two-year maintenance warranty. The first year includes maintenance and parts warranty, and the second year includes maintenance only (parts not included).
• The warranty becomes void if maintenance or repair is performed on the product by an external party.
• Khat Alriyada provides maintenance services for electrical appliances. If a malfunction occurs and the customer wishes to benefit from the warranty, the customer bears the cost of shipping the product to the nearest authorized service center.

The warranty does not cover malfunctions or damages resulting from:

• Accidents or misuse.
• Incorrect use or use not in accordance with the operating instructions.
• Spillage of liquids or any external factors.
• Consumable parts or decorative components.
