Return and Exchange Policies


The customer has the right to return or exchange if the customer receives one of the products of the lead line store and requests for return and replacement are subject to the following controls:

-Return and replacement of products are accepted in the following cases:

  • Do not damage the products or have any defects after receipt from the shipping company or damage the packaging of the products, or lose any of the product accessories.
  • The original invoice is delivered with the product to the shipping company within two days of the customer's receipt.
  • Receipt of defective products or defective or inconsistent with the customer's request

-If the reason for the return or replacement is a defect in the product, the product is inspected in the maintenance centers. If the defect in the product is established or the product is not identical to the customer's demand, the lead line store shall bear the costs of shipping and transfer.

-If there is no defect in the product, the return may be refused and if the customer refuses to receive the product within 15 days, the products will be owned by the lead line store.

-If the reason for return or replacement is due to the customer and not due to a defect in the product, the customer shall bear the shipping and transfer costs.

-In case the replacement is accepted and the customer refuses to receive within 15 days the products belong to the lead line store.

Amounts are returned to customers within 7 working days from the date of acceptance of the return request.

The products are replaced within 7 working days from the date of acceptance of the order.
